What is the Texas Wine Collective?
Top-of-the-line Texas wines meet at the Texas Wine Collective! The collective is made up of 3 separate Texas Hill Country wineries — Brennan Vineyards, Lost Oak Winery and McPherson Cellars — as well as tasty hard cider options from Hye Cider Company.
Conveniently located on Highway 290 in Fredericksburg, the Texas Wine Collective estate includes a tasting bar, a club members’ lounge, an event center, a Rosé Room, extensive outdoor seating areas and a private room.
Head to the tasting room for one-of-a-kind tasting experiences and food pairings or soak up the rays of the sun from patio areas. Planning a celebration such as a bachelorette party? The Rosé Room is the perfect private space to celebrate with some fabulous wines.
Types of Tasting Experiences
It’s time to pour a glass! The Texas Wine Collective offers a variety of different tasting experiences for guests. During these tasting experiences you’ll learn all about the wine industry in Texas Hill Country.
The signature tasting experience features a tasting menu with 5 separate wines for each of the 3 wineries. Try a Texas cheese and wine experience to sample these smooth wines alongside Texas artisan cheeses or give a cider tasting experience a go to discover tasty selections from Hye Cider Company.

Join the Texas Wine Collective
Be among the first to experience new varieties, blends and releases when you join a wine or cider club at the Texas Wine Collective! A membership to this club means you’ll have these wines shipped directly to your front door 5 times throughout the year (February, April, June, September and November)!
Choose to have 3, 6 or 12 bottles of wine included in each shipment. Cider club memberships include 3 bottles of cider in each package. Members receive a number of benefits including complimentary tastings, a 10% discount, access to exclusive events and more!
