4. Alamo Springs Cafe
Founded in 2006, Alamo Springs Cafe has been serving incredible food to locals and guests in the Hill Country area. While they have a good variety of meals on the menu, their claim to fame is their burgers. In fact, they were once on the cover of Texas Monthly magazine in its Best Burgers in Texas issue. The famous “Cover Burger” is a half pound of ground beef on a jalapeno cheese bun topped with grilled onions, avocado, and green chiles.
