This cozy perimeter site backs up to privacy and is just a short walk or drive to the pool but far enough away for peace and quiet. The custom built covered deck is situated on a higher elevation than the RV pad with a relaxing view of the hill country and a nice breeze year round. A custom concrete area has been added for the fire pit and comfy chairs for additional enjoyment on the hill. An open patio behind the deck is a perfect place to BBQ and play Yardzee or Left Right Center which are provided on the deck. The custom concrete RV pad with bump outs for additional parking has been extended even further for added comfort under your awning.
*Full hookups (water,sewer,power) 50/30/20 amp.
*Wifi available at this site which will give you coverage throughout the site while logged in.
*Propane is provided by the owner for the BBQ pit on this site year round, and for the fire pit under the deck from October to March. We cannot guarantee the levels so it is recommended to have a backup.
*Solar lighting inside the deck, remotes are located on the deck
*110 plugs are installed on the deck for your convenience
