• Check-in is 1pm for RV sites and 4pm for Tiny Homes.
• Check-out is 11am for all RV sites and Tiny Homes.
You may bring coolers and drinks to the pool. Please no glass.
The pools are open year round. The pool in Phase 1/2 is not heated. The pool in Phase 3 will be heated. It is under construction now.
The pool is open from 10 AM-9 PM daily.
Yes. 10%.
We do not have a monthly rate program. However, we do offer discounts for monthly stays.

We have day passes for $25 per day, but only for visitors of guests at the resort.
Yes. We do. We only have 15 available and they sell out quickly. Please contact us today to reserve yours for your stay.
• Pull-through sites are a minimum of 18 feet wide by 100 feet long.
• Back-in RV sites are a minimum of 12 feet by 45 feet with two custom bump outs, one for seating under your awning and one for additional parking in the front.
• The final phase offers back-in pads measuring 20 feet wide by 50 feet long and pull-through pads up to 74 feet long.
Yes. Class A, B, and C are allowed. Upscale fifth wheel and travel trailers are allowed. They must be 10 years or newer, or of newer, nicer condition. No pop ups, tents, truck campers, or vehicle camping is permitted in the resort. If you have concerns your RV will not be approved, please submit a photo of your RV to [email protected].
