A note from the owners: Thirty plus years ago, a young couple with a newborn took a huge leap of faith, and left their hometown in West Texas to pursue a dream of living where green things grow and haboobs weren’t commonplace. However, with no money to spare, the fun things of FB-TX could not be enjoyed. To boot, the overpromise of the job that relocated them was sadly realized. After a very short stint, the couple left the tiny town, one filled with peaches and German food and returned to their hometown with just the memory of a hill country dream unrealized. Fast forward - 2 kids, 4 grandkids, and a little more change in their pockets, the couple was afforded the opportunity to begin that dream anew in a reimagined Fredericksburg filled with wine, distilleries, breweries, some of the best local talent on the planet. Culture and cuisine here makes even the best foodies swoon. This time, however, they wanted to share their tiny slice of Hill Country paradise with others who, like them, love live music and a sky full of stars with a good cabernet and a smoked old fashioned in hand.
